Lynette and Stefanie open this week’s second show by talking to Producer Caelan about his horrible college tour experience while he was in high School. The ladies then welcome their in-studio guest Stacey Garcia, who has a new podcast out called Never Miss A Monday. Stacey is a health and wellness advocate, former fitness trainer, and Reiki practitioner, who wanted to start a podcast on those topics but was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2024. Lynette and Stefanie ask Stacey about her journey over the last year dealing with her diagnosis, having surgery, telling her children, losing friends, and finding silver linings. Stacey also provides some great advice and insight into some steps women should take to find and properly identify any potential tumors that may present.
