In our fifth episode, I talk to Ian Macbeth Founder of Avocado Property who also loves a fitness challenge.
After spending his whole working life at one company for 16 years he was made redundant from his Managing Director role. Whilst most would be walking around with their head-down, within 24 hours, Ian took to a punchbag in his garage which then led him to brainstorm and form the vision of his business today.
He has raised over 20k for different charities doing ORC challenges and various running races over the last 10 years, very proud to call myself a father to a beautiful daughter who fought for her life after being born premature and a husband to an incredibly supportive wife who also runs her own business.
Ian words “Everyone is unique, everyone has gone through their own experiences and everyone has their own superpowers – Own who you are.”
If you're seeking to find the true version of yourself, this is a great episode to listen to.
