SSJ wraps up the last hour of the week talking to Pete Sweeney from Arrowhead Pride.  The guys talk about the big trade the Chiefs made by sending Joe Thuney to the Bears and what that could mean approaching free agency.  Also they discuss franchise tagging of Trey Smith and if they might get a long term deal done before legal tampering begins.  Then Steven gets an update from Royals Spring Training with Anne Rogers of MLB.com.  Anne breaks down the Royals are well under way down in Arizona.

New Day rolls into the 3rd hour getting the latest news on MU, KU, and KSU Basketball with Gabe DeArmond, Jay Heidrick. and Nick Springer.  Next Steven talks to former MLB Catcher Mike Macfarlane who joins the show for his weekly segment.  Mike talks about one the Royals' hot top prospects Jac Caglianone and also some roster decisions they are looking at as Spring Training is in full swing.

We close out our Thursday's show in traditional fashion as we go to school with Jesse Newell the Chiefs beat writer for the KC Star.   Steven and Jesse open up the hour talking about the Chiefs and the latest with the trading of Joe Thuney to the Bears and the Franchise Tagging of Trey Smith.  Jesse gets into what he thinks these moves mean for the rest of the off season and what might be possible and impossible for the Chiefs to do with the Salary cap and restructuring of other contracts.

Steven opens up Hour 4 talking Chiefs and NFL with Matt Derrick of chiefsdigest.com.   The guys talk about the big breaking news that the Chiefs have traded All-Pro Offensive Lineman Joe Thuney to the Bears for a 2026 4th round pick.  Then the guys talk college hoops and Kansas Basketball with Jayhawk Radio Network Analyst Greg Gurley.  They recap KU's back to back losses to Texas Tech and Houston and where this team is currently.  Then they preview the Jayhawks last game Senior Night on Saturday against Arizona.
