After experiencing difficulties, he is encouraged by God’s reminder that he is not alone and can’t be silent. This allows Paul to embrace the safety of God’s protection and embrace trust for the adventure ahead.

Instead of running from the problem, he chose to do give praise to God and by doing so opens the door for God to do something amazing.

You never know the impact you may make based on how you live your life. You never know who is watching and how your decisions may be affecting someone else. But we know this. Think for a moment about how many people have indirectly affected your life because of things they said or did. Think about who you may have modeled your life after. Think about how other people’s actions caused you to change how you would live your life. What we see in the book of Acts are Christians making big impacts in the lives of others. Acts 16:6-18, shows us to see the power of closed doors and how God can open hearts.

It's Resurrection Sunday! Pastor Justin Hansen teaches about the importance of the Resurrection. The resurrection of Jesus Christ means everything! It means he is who he said he was, that he has unlimited power, and that he fulfills his promises. So, why does this matter for us today?

Paul’s faithfulness to make disciples and be committed to doctrine serves as an example for us in our own life. Paul shows us that ministry is very relational and the foundation for our relationships are grounded in the Word of God.
