Years ago there was a television program called Who's the Boss starring Tony Danza, Judith Light and Alyssa Milano. We've all had decisions made for us. We've all made decisions that we had to live with. How do we balance our life between things out of our control and those squarely within our control? Understanding these tensions and successfully navigating them will have significant personal impact both for the present and for the future.

If we look at the world today and all its evils, it can seem unfair that God would love everyone. How can God love those how are evil? Does He love evil people? Why should I be concerned if God loves everyone? We’re going to learn about God’s love for everyone and how it affects us.

We all have habits. Some are good habits, some are not. There are many habits that bring success to our lives. We’re going to look at three of life’s most important habits: 1) Commitment to a home church. 2) Tithing to your home church. 3) Reading the bible and prayer.

One of the major things that hold us down in our life is not our past faults and mistakes, it’s holding on to them. We’re going to learn how we can move past our past and how detrimental it is when we don’t.

We have the privilege of hearing Fernando Castillo, Sr. Pastor of New Hope-Diamondhead. He will be sharing how we can hear and discover God's will for our lives. Pastor Fernando will also be the guest speaker at the Hawaii District NextGen conference January 20 - 22, 2011
