We are no longer bound by the law. The law helps us to see sin better, but the law offers little help over sin. The law is holy and expresses God's will for his people. It shows the sin in our lives. But God's grace is greater than any sin.

But, if our old selves are dead and we are now living for Christ, shouldn't people be able to see it?

We continue our journey through the book of Romans. In today's passage, Stephen recaps that in Chapter 5 we were told that we were once children of humanity, slaves to sin by nature. But faith in Jesus gives us everlasting life.

So should we go on sinning? Paul teaches us in this passage that a life of faith will lead to not more sin but a life of obedience to Jesus.
