Pastor Paul takes a quick break from our Core Values Series to focus on the Advent season! Hope is such an integral part of our walk with Christ, it assures God's promises in our lives and brings us nearer to His vision for faith in our lives. Our very own Greg Humbles brought us the word this week! He gave us a structured and attainable outline of what transformation needs not just to take place, but to thrive as well.

As we begin to approach the end of our Transformation core value series, we take a look at a life full of following God wholly, being transformed at every step! Pastor Paul reminds us to remain faithful and patient, ready for God to lead us wherever He wants us, at any time He chooses to be good.

Just in time for the holiday, Pastor Paul speaks about how wonderful God is, and how powerful thanksgiving can be. If we cannot humble ourselves with gratitude towards the blessings of God, we may find it difficult or likely impossible to be fully transformed. So even now, as you're reading this, take just a second to be thankful for all good things in your life!

Pastor Josh spoke to us this weekend about giving your all! If we do not surrender ever part of our lives to God, how will He be able to transform us? What aspect of your daily life are you unwilling to give up? Is there an environment where you find yourself struggling to walk your Christian faith? This message is a little heavy, but it's a valuable challenge to do all we can when our lives and relationship with God are transforming to His will.

Paul continue to share with us the transformative power of community! We see the incredible results in the form of a barn raising, and we're encouraged to provide for one another, to reach out to each other for help.

Paul continues to emphasize the importance of community with each other! Transformation is almost impossible to occur in isolation. We have to surround ourselves with brothers and sisters who hold differing perspectives that can challenge us and help us to grow closer to each other and God!
