Create an inventory of the people in your life and organize, for this season, how much you're going to interact with them.

List out the places you go that fills your cup and intentionally put them in your calendar so that you make time to be there. Also list out the places that tempts you with unhealthy habits and tell the people who will check you to keep you accountable.
