Ben Abraham is my favourite singer on the planet (apart from Ricky Martin, obvi) and he's also a dear friend, who has just released his second album Friendly Fire
This chat is....a big old deep dive. Two friends discussing faith, God, sexuality, spirituality and how wrestling with those things has perhaps left us with truer versions than we had in the first place.
Get around Ben's new album, and follow him on the socials here.

Clinical Psychologist, Best Selling Author and International Speaker Dr Shefali Tsabary is today's guest. I've loved and followed her work since I first heard her on Oprah's Super Soul Sunday (Oprah herself claimed that in 25 years of doing the show she’d never head such revolutionary advice) and I adored her book 'The Conscious Parent'. In today's chat we discuss the idea of conscious parenting and what that means. If you feel like you're stuck on a hamster wheel, trying to keep up with insane parenting expectations, comparing your child to others or perhaps feel like you're 'losing control' of your kids then this quick chat might nudge you onto a better path. It certainly got me thinking :)
Dr Shefali will be in Australia next month on the "Conscious Parent" tour! Use my code ASH25 to receive a further $25 off the early bird prices (before March 31). You can find more details and book your tickets here.
You can check out her website, and follow her on instagram!

Her debut book 'Sad Mum Lady' is as honest an account of new motherhood as you'll ever find. It will also make you laugh a lot. And maybe cry a bit. But mostly you'll just feel less alone and more comfortable acknowledging the sometimes-yuckiness that comes with parenthood. This chat with Ashe at its core is just two gals who became mums having an honest chat about it...which is something we all need more of I reckon.
Go buy Ash's book here. Trust me.

Phoebe Simmonds is the Melbourne-based founder of The Blow and co-founder of my favourite online store The Memo. We've known eachother for years and I've long-admired her tenacity and drive in the business space. More recently, her personal life has evolved in the same way as her businesses - with exponential growth! Yes...she's having a baby. In this episode we discuss our own journeys with change, adventure and what it's like being the second love of someone's life.
You can follow Phoebe here, and check out her businesses The Blow and The Memo
