Another ransom note was sent to TMZ, and Harvey Levin says it could be legit. The person who wrote the note claims to know where Nancy Guthrie is. The note reportedly arrived the same day Savannah Guthrie returned to work at the Today show. Could it be real? And could it end up being a prisoner with the information that solves the case?
