This is the live recording of the special second year anniversary edition of New Seeds, the show dedicated to electronic and electronically inspired music.

To celebrate, the show is a dedication and tribute to Josh Davies aka DJ Shadow. Whilst BOC represent everything electronic music is and can be; DJ Shadow is one of the greatest beat makers this world has ever seen. Moreover, his music changed the way I listened and consumed music forever.

The show isn't a best of, just moments, the moments that moved and continue to move me today. It also features interviews and some of the best source samples and related inspirations.

The music starts at 01:06 and doesn't stop till the end.

Massive thanks to Rowan and David for their feedback as I was putting this together.

Big love to Mark for the brilliant artwork: www.instagram.com/markstroud81/

Leaving you with one very important thought: BUY HIS MUSIC! I did and look what I could do with it :-)

Here's the live recording of the second New Seeds show in May 2018. Following the fire of waterfront dining, I'm super stoked to have Electra Diamond on the show. Her mix features brand new material from her latest EP "Dance to forget" and across her back catalogue including an exclusive version of "S M I L E".

Check out Electra Diamond at the following spots:

Bandcamp: https://electradiamond.bandcamp.com/

Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100011588433468

Before the mix you'll hear brand new sounds from Begin, Pacific Coliseum, b o d y l i n e, Prefuse '73 and more, plus at the end a triple header of source sample material from last months plea!

As ever, thank you for tuning in, commenting and enjoying the show. It really means a lot, so until next time...

Here's the live recording of the first of two shows in May 2018 of New Seeds. One year on, waterfront dining returns with an incredible guest mix (starting an hour in) featuring an exclusive edit of "sex on the beach", especially reworked for the show! The mix, titled "forever summer" is the perfect audio component for your 2018 summer and beyond.

I talked about this video from misteramazing. It's well worth watching if you want to learn more about the vaporwave scene:

Most of all, do me a favour and delve into waterfront dining's back catalogue on Bandcamp. You can't go wrong, every EP and album is a winner:

Whilst your digging into that, I will be eternally grateful if you, my faithful listener, can locate the source sample for "through the storm" - my all time favourite waterfront dining track!

Alongside the superb selection, you'll hear brand new music from RYKARD, Selles, Kimbra, The Future Sound of London and more.

Thank you for listening and until next time...

This is the live recording of the April 2018 edition of New Seeds, my show dedicated to electronic and electronically inspired and influenced music.

Alongside new releases from D.K., Mark Pritchard, Talking Drums, CIALYN and more, the guest mix comes all the way from Argentina, Buenos Aires and Shankti Oviedo.

It's a wicked deep selection taking you on a sonic journey straight out of his and Cato Sanchez's Club Maldelsauce radio station. Shankti (artist, film and art director) has a great ear and I know you won't be disappointed with his tremendous selection.

This is the live recording of the March 2018 edition of New Seeds, the show dedicated to electronic and electronically inspired and influenced music.

I'm super-stoked to have Orange Crush put together an incredible 45 minute guest mix (starting about an hour in). The mix is all his own work and all his own track, taking the broad-sounding electronic landscape-sounding pieces, they work incredibly well together. Play it loud or get deep into your headphones; you won't regret it. It even features a few tracks from his new album "Far and wide".

Check him out here and buy his music!

Either side of this is a blend of new and recent releases featuring Gwenno, Iilja Rudman, Neil Scriven, Electra Diamond, Nadine and more.
