Wineries from New South Wales Central West and Blue Mountains will showcase some of their best drops this weekend. 

Winemakers are gearing up for the annual Wines of the West festival held at the Carrington Hotel in Katoomba. 

Products from Megalong Valley, Bathurst, Orange, Mudgee and beyond will be on display. 

Rural Editor Emily Minney spoke with Hotel Co-Owner Michael Brishetto about the event, in its 22nd year.
