The Holy Spirit is described as both amazing and perplexing, causing the early followers of Jesus to question, “What can this mean?” Today as we

consider what it first looked like to be “filled with

the Holy Spirit” we’ll also ask, “What can this mean?” What is God doing? And how is the Spirit moving us from a tower to a Kingdom?

Are you alive in the life you're living? What does it look like for God's spirit to lead you there? Today's message is a testimony from one of our pastors.

Jesus told his closest followers that he was going away...and that this would be better for us all. WHAT!!?? Why? How? Because, he said, we would be given a thing called the "Holy Spirit.” Today we're exploring the questions: Just what is the Holy Spirit and what in the world are we supposed to do with it?

We typically look for the dead among the dead. But, what if we could find the living among the dead? What if we could find a risen Savior? What if Jesus could be brought to life in our lives? Because a God that can raise the dead Jesus, can also raise the dead in us. Christ is risen, and we are risen indeed! Listen to Sunday's podcast to hear more.

Wherever you go in the world you're likely to find a statue of a guy on a warhorse waving a sword around. This is one of the universal symbols of power and dominance. On Palm Sunday the King of kings, Jesus, enters Jerusalem riding, not a warhorse, but a baby donkey. What's he doing? Perhaps there's a new power that is being

crowned, one defined by humility, gentleness and co-suffering love.

Whenever you plant a seed it always lands in a certain type of soil. When Jesus plants truth in our lives, do we receive it? Or, is God's truth over-shadowed by what our past, our society, and even our family has said about us?

John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.” Although this Bible verse is well known, it is often misused and perhaps even misunderstood. Today we will consider how our lives could be different if we truly believe that God loves us.

Envy can be a wonderful tool, but it’s a horrible master. Today we will see how zeal for God’s house consumed Jesus. But what does this even mean? What can we learn from the kind of zeal, or envy, that Jesus had? And how do we understand what “God’s house” or the Temple is today?
