“It Is Finished”

June 19 – June 25

The trials of Jesus continue into this week's study. We'll study His incredible poise before the Jewish leaders, Pilate, Herod, and the multitude. We'll experience the day of the crucifixion from all four gospel writers and gain insights and understandings from each. We'll also study the compassion of those who would care for His body after His death.

On the creative side, we’ll create paper Easter lilies to teach about the 7 phrases Christ spoke from the cross. Next, we'll do a bit of magic to help our kids and classes understand the voluntary offering of His life for us. Finally, we'll put a new twist on a delicious Easter tradition to teach about the kindness of those who were left behind.
