Welcome back to New Tip Daily, episode #16 I'm thrilled that you took a few minutes to join me today, my name is Rafael. In business, it's crucial that we have the right people representing our brand. How well-versed are they with your brand and message? Do you train all of your staff on the brand or just a select few, or one person to represent the most important view of who your company is? Anyone who works for your company should be able to have a mic put in front of them and asked what your company does and they should answer as a fully knowledgeable representative of your company if that's not the case it's time to start training them.
Please like, subscribe, and share these tips with your colleagues, family, and friends. I'll catch you tomorrow as we discuss restoration.

Welcome back to New Tip Daily episode #13 thanks for joining me today, My name is Rafael. Today's topic hits home for lots of people. People are either looking to lose weight or gain weight. Where are you on your journey? No matter where you are you need to know where you're going and what will happen when you get there. What goals do you have and how do you plan on implementing them?
Which food is best for weight gain? Mostly all foods can aid in gaining weight.
If you’re underweight and looking to gain weight, it’s very important to do it right. Conversely, if you are looking to lose weight, it’s very important to do it right.
Consuming soda, donuts, and other junk foods may help you gain weight initially, but it can increase your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other possible illnesses.
A healthier approach to gaining or losing weight involves gaining a balanced amount of muscle mass and subcutaneous fat rather than a lot of unhealthy belly fat. Subcutaneous fat, or the fat located under the skin, stores energy. How much you have can depend on genetics as well as lifestyle factors like physical activity and diet.
Making a few simple lifestyle changes, such as exercising and sitting less, can make a big difference.
Even small adjustments, such as taking a walk after dinner instead of watching TV, working out or walking during your lunch break can counter weight gain.

Welcome back to New Tip Daily episode #12 thanks for joining me today, My name is Rafael. Did you really mean what you just said? Has anyone ever asked you that before? Our words can help or hurt someone. Liquor can influence your words & what you say will affect each person differently. Let's explore how clear or unclear our communication skills can help or hinder us.
Choose your words carefully and wisely.
Words matter. They are the most basic building blocks of written and spoken communication. Don’t complicate things by using jargon, technical terms, or abbreviations that people won’t understand. Choose your words carefully and be consistent in your speaking and writing style.
Word choice is an important part of communicating clearly. Imagine curling up in front of the fire with someone you care about and having them listen to every loving word you utter. Now imagine sitting in front of your boss, employee or colleague would you use the same tone and even the same words? Probably not, each audience requires its own level of understanding on your part. Whom are you speaking with and how you speak to them matters. We may use your tonality to make a point. The way we speak to a child may be different than the way we speak to an adult.

Welcome back to New Tip Daily, we are just getting started. This is episode #9 I'm thrilled that you took a few minutes to join me today, my name is Rafael.
Let's get into it. On Monday we covered 30-second elevator pitches or speeches Let me ask you, can you sum up who you are in 30 seconds? How about your business? Let's explore some insight into why this is an important skill to cultivate. In this age of fast assessments, it's important to stay relevant with your personal brand or business, and sometimes it may be both. How can you stand out when you first meet someone in person or even online? Let's explore your elevator pitch or speech. Tuesday we covered rewriting your perfect Pitch or speech and how to stop delivering the same presentation over and over without adding variety in order to make each one unique. Then we asked if your speech was new or old in reality it would be new to someone who never heard it before and that's great but let's consider someone who heard your speech not once but 6, 7, or maybe 20 times and they probably know what's coming! How engaged will they be? So again I ask New or old? How to avoid people thinking what you have to offer is old news! How long should you keep using the same speech or presentation until people stop listening? On Wednesday we covered finding the workout regimen that's right for you. You know you need or should get into a fitness program but are not sure how to go about it or even which one to get into. We even covered how to select the one that's right for you. Wearable technology. Devices such as fitness trackers, smartwatches, and heart rate monitor count steps and track heart rate, calories, sitting and sleep time, blood pressure, and respiratory rate. What tip have you heard? Can to share?

Welcome back to New Tip Daily, we are just getting started. This is episode #7 I'm thrilled that you took a few minutes to join me today, my name is Rafael. Yesterday's tip was on your elevator speech or pitch. Today we will be talking about keeping relevant with the times and your speech or your pitch.
When to change up your delivery and maybe even add some humor to your pitch or speech.
So today's question is simple, is your speech new or old in reality it would be new to someone who never heard it before and that's great but let's consider someone who heard your speech not once but 6, 7 or maybe 20 times and they probably know what's coming! How engaged will they be? So again I ask New or old? How to avoid people thinking what you have to offer is old news! How long should you keep using the same speech or presentation until people stop listening? I personally have heard some great speakers do the same speech or presentation verbatim. It makes them seem like they have nothing else to offer. Meanwhile, they do. They just don't realize how important their message can be if they just tweaked it every time they presented. Let's get into it on this episode of the New Tip Daily Show.
