The human story has been shaped by human reasoning, the reasoning of God and the reasoning of something mythical. In Ecclesiastes 3:11 it reads "God has placed eternity in our hearts...". The human soul longs for meaning and definition and we spend our lives in search for the answers to our existence. In today's culture we are inclined to define self from within ourselves. Jesus entered into the human story to show us how and what it means to be human in the way he imagined. His life reveals how to be fully alive. Some say you're fully alive when you're in control, but the scriptures teach us we are are fully alive when we are fully surrendered.
