I'm sure many of you are making New Year's resolutions, and a good percentage of those resolutions are based on your physique. There's nothing inherently wrong with this practice, but I do think it's shortsighted. The idealized view of yourself already exists and instead of looking for new ways to change yourself, look to find that enhanced person you're hiding inside of you.
