The New York Giants simply were undermanned and Lamar Jackson made them pay by throwing for 290 yards and five touchdowns as Baltimore rolled to a 35-14 victory at MetLife Stadium.

So that's the Giants' ninth straight loss, tying a franchise record, as they fell to 0-8 at home.

For all practical purposes, the Ravens seized control of the game on a nine-play, 80-yard drive, capped by Jackson's 20-yard TD pass to Rashod Bateman to grab a 21-7 lead with 32 seconds left in the first half.

Giants rookie Malik Nabers caught 10 passes for 82 yards, including a 23-yard score in the fourth quarter - his fourth touchdown and his first since Week 3 in Cleveland. He made a crafty adjustment on the hurried pass from Tim Boyle, who took over for starter Tommy DeVito (concussion protocol) just before halftime.

Another week and another injury-riddled lineup. This is starting to become the norm for the New York Giants as they enter the final month of their season.

Saints defensive lineman Bryan Bresee blocked Graham Gano's 35-yard field goal attempt with 11 seconds remaining to send the New York Giants to their eighth consecutive defeat, 14-11, at MetLife Stadium.

Who do the New York Giants need to step up if they are going to end their seven-game losing streak? Which units have an advantage against the Saints, another team that has been put through the grinder this season?

Quarterback Drew Lock will have another chance to enhance his value to the New York Giants (2-10) when he makes his second straight start on Sunday against the visiting New Orleans Saints (4-8).

Both teams have struggled this season, the Giants having lost seven straight, a number mirrored earlier by the Saints before they knocked off Atlanta on Nov. 19. If that's not enough, several key starters on both sides will be missing because of injuries.

All-Pro defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence II (elbow), the anchor of the Giants' defensive line is out for the season. Fellow defenders Rakeem Nunez-Roches, Bobby Okereke, and Deonte Banks are banged up and have been declared out of the game.

The Saints are without three of their four top players on offense: receivers Chris Olave (concussion) and Rashid Shaheed (knee surgery) and TE/utilityman Taysom Hill (knee).
