The Alaska State Supreme Court ruled Monday that Dan J. Sullivan, the Petersburg resident with the same name as the sitting U.S. Senator, will appear on the August primary ballot, just hours before ballots are set to begin printing Tuesday at noon.

An unoccupied house in East Anchorage exploded on Sunday with no injuries reported in the blaze, according to the Anchorage Fire Department.
