The Anchorage School District on Friday released a list of seven elementary schools it is recommending be either closed, consolidated, or repurposed over the next three years. It’s part of what the district has called its “Rightsizing Initiative.” We hear from the superintendent, as well as sit down with the president of the Anchorage School Board, on what this means moving forward.
