*Election 2020* Grand County voters will soon see three questions related to the form of county government on their ballot. They essentially ask community members to consider: Do I want a new form of county government? Do I want things to stay the same? Or, do I want to amend what we have? As part of our special election coverage, we have Grand County Attorney Christina Sloan give us the history on form of government issues, her extensive legal interpretation of local and state laws, and the potential outcomes this Election Day.
