A recent poll shows that the majority of organizations have not made changes to their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) functions. Furthermore, only a small percentage have discontinued or made changes to these programs. The impact of President Trump's executive orders has prompted a reevaluation of DEI strategies in some organizations. On the other hand, while HR technology investments have increased, only a small fraction of organizations have reached an 'expert' level in utilizing AI-enhanced systems. Challenges such as alignment with business goals, system integrations, budget constraints, and data accessibility are hindering progress. However, there is a focus on expanding employee self-service, enhancing user experience, integrating AI capabilities, and improving data quality to drive HR productivity and enhance workforce analytics. Strategic alignment and full integration are crucial for maximizing the potential of HR technology.
