In our endeavor of cleaning out our minds this spring, I am discussing the two questions from last week and giving some examples of exactly what it may look like.

The month of March is solely dedicated to spring cleaning.  We are not looking at our pantries or our closets this time.  We are cleaning out our brains.

Now that we have developed some of our foundation of self trust and self love, let's check in on those February goals.

In this podcast we take a look at what your Next Level may be.  We want to stretch ourselves.  However, in the building of the foundation of self trust, we need to choose wisely.  You are capable of way more than you know.  Of course, in the foundation building you just don't know yet.  That's why we're here!  Let's do this!

For the month of February I am teaching you some foundations of the development of self love and self trust.  We are working on the skills of following through on what we say we will do in going toward our goals.  

This podcast episode is all about self love.  Other people can't bring us our happiness and love.  That is up to us.

In this episode, we discuss the ways to use the habits you already have to assist in creating your new goals.  The use of visual and audio cues in your favor to create further habits.

I know it is early but in this case, earlier is way better than later.  It's way easier to course correct in the beginning.  This podcast will look at the ways to lovingly evaluate where you currently are and decide where you are able to tweak your current plan to get you back on track toward your goals.

This podcast episode gives some really good ideas to set up accountability to ensure progress on goals.  There are many ways to do this for yourself and these are examples of ones that have definitely worked for me.
