Sourdough stands out for its traditional fermentation process, which may make it easier for some people to digest, while whole wheat bread is known for providing fiber and the nutrients naturally found in whole grains. But the healthiest choice can depend heavily on the ingredients used in the loaf.

Could a simple glass of fruit juice help calm inflammation? Research suggests that tart cherry juice may have anti-inflammatory benefits thanks to its naturally occurring antioxidants and plant compounds known as anthocyanins. Studies have examined whether regularly drinking tart cherry juice can reduce certain markers associated with inflammation and oxidative stress. While the results aren't conclusive and tart cherry juice shouldn't be considered a treatment for inflammatory conditions, the research suggests it could be a useful addition to a balanced diet.
