On Monday, 16th March, the House of Commons has the second reading of the Grenfell Tower Memorial (expenditure) Bill. Next Week In Westminster’s Sam Tarry went to meet the MP for Kensington and Bayswater, Joe Powell at the foot of the tower as it was being dismantled.
