NextStepCC

Family,

Next Step Community Church is a family. Sometimes we might have an argument with somebody, or not act as lovingly as we should toward each other... but we're learning. God has changed all of us into new creations. Together we are the body of Christ. Together we can help each other and everyone who comes to our doors. We are a family.

So please join us at 360 Schermerhorn St., Brooklyn 11217. Our speaker this week will be Jordan Varghese of Hope Church in Manhattan. Service begins at 10 a.m. Children 5-12 are invited to their own service with iGnite Kidz.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:In-person Bible study at Next Step Community Church, Fridays at 7 p.m. Led by Robert Lambert.

* Zoom Bible study on the Book of Judges, Mondays at 6:30. Begins Jan. 8, led by Pastor Gus and Betsy Mitchell. Zoom meeting 837 5461 9002, passcode 731840

Family,

It's fascinating to realize how many important meetings in the Bible happened at a well. A well supplies water, but in the Bible they often supply a whole new way of life. God invites us to meet him at the well this Sunday, so that he can pour his bountiful love all over us. Our speaker, Walt Quick, comes all the way from Massachusetts to be here! He is an executive pastor with Highrock Covenant Church in the Boston area.

Family,

This Sunday we'll learn about a queen who risked her life by speaking up for others. Pastor Zac is going to tell us the exciting story of Queen Esther and how she stood up for her people even when she could have been executed for doing so. And it's a very appropriate time to hear it, because Monday is Martin Luther King day, and Dr. King was *always* a voice for those who had no voice.

So please join us at 360 Schermerhorn St., Brooklyn 11217. Service begins at 10 a.m. Children 5-12 are invited to their own service with iGnite Kidz.
