When it comes to early adoption technology one of the things that always happens is the struggle between educating new users on the culture terminology versus removing the terms that soon nobody will care or need to know. 

This struggle combined for this rush to find ways to get to mass adoption or force our friends and family to change causes IMHO mass confusion and division within the NFT community.

Early adopter culture can be fun and chaotic and exciting while also making you feel very isolated or alone.   Because of that we often fall into this place where we feel the need to convince our friends and family to join us or force the strangers that question what we are doing that if they don't change they will miss out....

But I ask you this... When was the last time you were forced to do something or told you had to do this or else...  and you were happy or enjoyed it? 

It probably hasn't happened and we can't put that pressure on our friends or family either.  

We also have to be very careful and not lose ourselves in this space by forcing ourselves to adapt to their lifestyle or versions of success...

As someone who is proudly neurodiverse diagnosed with both ADHD and dyslexia I've learned that the world wasn't built for me but it also isn't helpful to try to bend others to my world...  What I found that works is me re-designing the way I live to be best for me while being transparent and open with others on why and how to best work with me..   Let's be the educators..

Let's inspire others to change via our stories..

Let's let the use-cases and success stories shift others perspectives..

From the outside in the NFT community can feel very overwhelming and chaotic.. 

But when you start collecting a couple of NFTs and jumping into twitter spaces and discords something happens that's almost the opposite as we gain this tunnel vision and start to live in a siloed world of NFT advice which honestly might be even scarier than getting your wallet hacked...  in this episode, I try to call attention to some of the things we must be aware of and the importance of backing out and recalibrating who and where we get our advice and recommendations from...  I also tackle the idea of putting me to the test as a trust resource in this space and if I'm blessed enough to have your trust, how can you use me as a benchmark for discovering others to listen to and trust...  Lastly, I'm not in this game to break down others to make myself stand taller but I'm also not ok with supporting or amplifying the people that are doing more harm than good for this NFT community.  So let's start unfollowing and muting the bad in this space while we AMPLIFY and celebrate the good people doing good things in this space..
