    Have you ever looked in the mirror and said, "WHO IS THE MONSTER!?" No? Ok maybe that's just me.  This we are talking about beauty standards.  Where did they come from?  And, what can we do to change some of the negative things we might have going on in our heads.  Because when we treat me people poorly set on our own standards is makes us petty gross people.  And, trust me honey petty doesn't look good on anyone it does matter how good you might think you look.
