The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled on a challenge to the controversial housing law, the MBTA Communities Act. The court ruled in favor of the state ruling the law is constitutional however the regulations are unenforceable and requested that the detailed zoning guidelines that shape the law be re-written.
