奮発(ふんぱつ)する spend some generous amount of money than expected; be generous at gifting something than expected [奮発(splurge; generous spending; generous treat)]   

大奮発(だいふんぱつ) big splurge; super generous treat

勇気(ゆうき) courage; bravery

要(い)る need; require
