Our friend Jaime, track coach with NASA racing, comes back on to talk about his project car and pressures Randy to go to the final day of the season. He then helps suggest a modification to our DRO report with a track version called, Pass, Block and Lap. The cars he throws at Jon are the Nissan Murano convertible, the Chevy Cavalier Convertible, and the PT Cruiser Convertible. Lastly, we talk about the NASA Honda Challenge and what it will take to run in the h4 field.

Randy has to go on a work trip and visits motorcycle dealerships, unsurprisingly, gets bitten by the motorcycle bug. The DRO (Demolition Derby, Rent, or Own) report returns to talk about the Toyota MR-S, the Chrysler Crossfire, and the Pontiac Solstice (Oh yes, it's a good one). We discuss the possibility of CARB getting the axe and going away, what will that mean for the future? Finally, we need to start planning for SEMA. How are we even going to get there?!

Randy gets harassed by a high school teenager, Jon gets coaxed into running the M against a mustang, and can you believe an entitled ass kid destroys a brand new BMW M3 because he didn't get a Jaguar. Jon finally sells the 335i, oh how bittersweet. This means the ebay track car project can begin! Is there potential for two project cars here? Randy finally has Koni suspension upgrades after what seems like decades of talk. Finally, did you know that there are places in this world that has made it illegal to work on your car? We like to call it hell but others call it Sacramento, CA!

Randy and Jon start the episode discussing how cars can make us feel old. We get updates on the Prelude and where Randy's purchases have all gone. Jon gives all the updates on all the Drama with the Rio, the state M3, and the pending sale of the 335i. A bmw performance shop slaps their decals on Jon's M3 without asking and loses his rod bearings. The guys also mention an idea for a race project and the concept of making it an eBay car.

Our guest this week is lead exterior designer of Faraday Future (@faradayfuture), Hanbin Youn. Han comes in to talk about his personal car designs for the E92 M3, as well as, the C7 Corvette Stingray. We discuss his most notable work, the Faraday Future FFZero1. Donnie is a developer and part owner of bridgebelow.com and knowmoto.com. He comes with us to talk about some of his car history with Ford mustangs and his old rock crawler wrangler. We then discuss his company bridgebelow and how he leveraged technology to help him build a business verifying online parts prices for major aftermarket companies such as Magnaflow and Exedy. Lastly, we get into his new project, KnowMoto which will be launching some time before SEMA 2019.

Starbucks messes up recording day for Jon. Randy shares that he's pulled the "let me speak to a manager" card a few times and they debate on when to pull that card, if ever. They then discuss the status of Randy's chase for an MR2. Randy talks about the beauty of cars and why he personifies cars in the female form. Jon and Randy then talk financials and how they make sure everything is in place before buying a hobby/toy car. The challenges Randy faces include spending time with his kids which he tries his best to explain.
