Nintendo Voice Chat

Weeelcooomme to NVC! On this episode of Nintendo Voice Chat, Brian eats a Pokemon, and we dish out every detail we know about the Nintendo Switch Lite, along with what we think about it. Stick around for a discussion on games out this week, including Dr. Mario World, Sol Seraph, Dead in Vinland, and much more. Skip to 13:45 to skip the Pokemon talk, but we promise you won't regret listening to the first few minutes. Or maybe you will, for entirely different reasons.

Half the year is gone, so the NVC cast chats about their favorite games so far, and what games yet to be released could possibly dethrone them. The Pokemon Company responded to the National Dex worries, but is it too little too late? We also go over Splatoon 2’s last Splatfest, how we appreciate Daemon X Machina’s transparent demo feedback trailer, and much more.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is now out on the Nintendo Switch, but how does it run? We discuss our experiences with it on both the Switch and other consoles, and if you should wait for it to get an upgrade. We also explain why Mario Maker 2 scored a 9.5 (Amazing!), where Brian has been (Florida), how Casey's near-death experience relates to Astral Chain and The Olive Garden, and more! Including: Graveyard Keeper, Dandy Dungeon, My Friend Pedro,  Muse Dash, and Slay the Spire.

The Nintendo Voice Chat cast discusses the E3 games they didn't get to mention last week, which includes a deep-dive into Fire Emblem: Three Houses! Yes, it’s another big week for Pokemon Sword and Shield, so we share our thoughts on everything we learned, from the Legendary Pokemon Zacian and Zamazenta, to new Pokemon like the adorable Wooloo. We’re most excited, however, by the promise of a free-roaming camera! After the Pokemon talk, we move onto June’s Nintendo Switch Online lineup, Persona Q2 and the 3DS, and talk about quitting games right before the final boss.
