It helps to move vital nutrients to the tissues and nerves of the body and protect them. It flows through the fascia. It is intricately linked with these beautiful connective tissue. It works within this system to assist the body in maintaining balanced communication. Craniosacral therapists use gentle palpation to find restrictions in the rhythm and by focusing on that area, restore balance. The work affects all systems of the body and how those components are working together. Our goal is to restore ease, fluidity, and communication in the body. When all the parts are working together to support the whole, balance and health are the results. The body has an amazing capacity to heal when allowed to do so. CST can help with so many things.
