The community was created by Gwen Shamblin, author of The Weigh Down Diet. As you might imagine, the intersection of diet culture and evangelicalism is toxic to say the least. If you have watched it, and you have feelings, you are not alone and we got you! This is our mini series called, "The Weigh Down Take Down." In Part 1: Holy But Hungry, we recap the first episode of HBO’S docuseries.

In this episode, Megan and Kendra talk about watermelon… a lot.
