In our season two finale we interview Jamie Finch, sexuality coach and sex witch, to discuss pleasure ethics. She shares about her struggle with an eating disorder and the process of reparenting herself. • Season 2, Episode 7: Anti-Diet New Year

Happy Anti-Diet New Year! First off, a song parody because you always need a song parody. Kendra introduces our upcoming #worthlosing campaign on Instagram. Then, listen in on our conversation with author Rebecca Scritchfield about her book Body Kindness and how to disengage from diet culture in the new year. Are there two types of champagne? You won't get the answer in this episode, but you will learn what actor Megan thinks should play Rebecca in a movie about her life.
