The Texas gunman’s locked cell phone renews the debate over encryption. When it comes to digital rights for people, it seems so easy to track anyone and anything they do if they are on a digital device. How much of that can be used by the government and how careful should we be?  After that host Ryan Wrecker wants to know how early is too early when it comes to Christmas?  His wife wants to put up their tree already and over the weekend he heard Christmas music at the mall.  Wrecker takes your calls on this.  And, Wrecker wraps the hour by talking about the possibility of an investigation into Hillary Clinton and the election.

The Russian meddling in the 2016 election via social media has riled up Minnesota Senator Al Franken. Host Ryan Wrecker says that Senator Franken is doing what needs to be done in regards to this.  Several former prisoners from the infamous St. Louis Workhouse are suing the city over what they call “inhumane” conditions.  Wrecker says that city Health Inspectors regularly visit the facility and he believes that while some claims are appalling, he feels some of the claims are what you would expect in a prison/jail.
