Allen Grant who is 62 and pleaded guilty to two counts first-degree reckless homicide after fatally shooting two people in July of 2022 and after being released officials say Grant got into an argument with his downstairs neighbor on West Carmen and shot him three or four times and after drove to a home on N. 44th and shot a woman once in the forehead while she was on her porch.
