Is being diverse advantageous? Dr. Ken wants to know as he discusses how certain work places only hire workers that are the same as them, for example a Dominican owner wanting to only hire other Dominican's or Hispanic workers. Dr. Ken says he is okay with that as long as you aren't turning away someone because they are not the same race/ethnicity and says you can hire who you want.
