Todd says police unions have the power of the people thwarted, Bishop Selders says there are a bunch of other negative forces higher on the list. It seems the chief of police crashed his city issued car at the end of May, and a just starting investigation into when that crash was reported, and to whom, is already resulting in shifting stories.
