Mayor Luke Bronin announced the closing of schools in Hartford, and schools closed elsewhere, including West Hartford. The governor also announced several other measures made possible by his declaration of a state of emergency yesterday. We took calls on these events, and talked with Dr. Robert Heimer, an epidemiologist from Yale.
