More than a dozen towns have now voted to send a message to Hartford: No To Tolls. The latest was Middletown, in a vote led by Democrats, on Thursday night. City Councilor Seb Giuliano explains.

Scott Shepard from Yankee Institute has been investigating what laws would make it possible for the feds to approve the Democrat's toll plan for Connecticut. His conclusion? The law only allows for small amounts of the plan to win approval, and only on highly congested sections of interstate highways.
