Todd is joined by Len Suzio who discusses the ongoing saga of tolls and the ever-increasing need for revenue. Suzio also explains Connecticut's gross receipts tax.

Tim Herbst, former Trumbull First Selectman and gubernatorial candidate, joined Todd in studio to discuss the state of the state and take calls from listeners.

Patrick Sasser of NoTollsCT called in to announce the cancellation of two toll protests this weekend, due to weather concerns. We also discussed the recently drafted bill that would allow the state to impose tolls and a "transportation authority" on CT residents without a vote by the legislature.

Newly elected State Senator Gennaro Bizzaro called in to discuss his message to voters which led to his victory on Tuesday and what needs to be done in the state going forward.

Michael Harrison was here first hour for his regular visit, we discussed the Michael Cohen hearing and what was learned (if anything), the second North Korea summit and Trump's ongoing relationship with Kim Jong Un; an update on the Robert Kraft prostitution/human trafficking scandal (including the excesses of the #MeToo movement), as well as the Chinese tech company, Huawei, and the issue of intellectual property theft.

Todd is joined by Brian Jessurun, a local small business owner of four restaurants in Eastern Connecticut, who passionately described the negative impact a $15 minimum wage will have on local businesses - and ultimately, the consumers.

The State Representative of Wilton, Norwalk, and Westport, Gail Levielle, called into the show and talked with Todd about forced school regionalization - which was one of the recent proposals that came out of Hartford.

Todd is joined by Wayne Pesce, President of the CT Food Association, who described the negative impact tolls - in conjunction with all the other taxes proposed by Gov. Lamont - will have on Connecticut grocers, and therefore its citizens.
