Hello! First 20 minutes or so of this episode is about me seeing my Aunt and how that went and why I’m glad I didn’t tell my dads family even if it felt good imaging doing the Scorched Earth method. The rest is in the title. Why I think those accounts implode in the worst way.

First half hour is about me seeing my Aunt, one of the only family I talk to that I just really enjoy spending time with. A marvel for me to behold! After that, its a discussion of the other 3 big accounts on Tiktok that have essentially created their own downfall and how they show more than anyone why you should walk on your trauma so you don’t do that to yourself.

This is me talking about the trigger fest that is the Lance Chelsea situation and how it helped me realize things.

Half is me talking about seeing extended family soon and figuring out when to see them. Second half is how I regret that I used Star Wars as a comfort when I was super struggling so now I don’t want to watch it anymore.

This is me rambling about how frustrating agoraphobia is and how I wish I could get away from social media for a break but can’t. Because agoraphobia. Sigh.

This is episode 3 I believe of talking about my EMDR experience and the leaps and bounds I’ve already made.
