Chris Derr sits down with Web.com Tour player Martin Trainer to discuss Masters conspiracies, life on tour, and pet peeves on the golf course. 

Shocker! Chris and Martin met while Chris was caddying in Latin America, specifically Guatemala. Since returning from Latin America, Chris and Martin have been playing lots of golf together and discussing podcast ideas. Martin is originally from Palo Alto and played college golf at USC.

Chris Derr sits down with friend, PGA apprentice, and fitness freak Sean Mullen to discuss the balance of nutrition and fitness to improve overall quality of life.

Chris and Sean met in Port St. Lucie during level 1 seminars of the PGA Program and got into it discussing the ketogenic diet. In this podcast, they catch up on nutrition regiments, training regiments, and the importance of both in the game of golf. The shift toward athletic golfers is undeniable and having Sean share how he treats his body to gain optimal performance led to the sharing of invaluable information anyone can take with them to their routines.

Chris Derr sits down with Chris Smeal, PGA Class A professional, and founder/ director of the Future Champions Golf Academy and Tour based out of San Diego, CA. He has grown the tour into the second largest junior tour in the nation behind only the AJGA.

Derr used to work with Smeal in high school and credits the development of his game to Smeal. In this podcast they discuss the inception of Future Champions, how to make golf fun for juniors, and the importance of camaraderie in golf at the junior level.

Max Alcorn is a collegiate senior at the University of San Francisco who has been playing golf on the team for 4 years. Max originally hails from San Diego and grew up competing in many high level junior events.

In our discussion we explore the mentality behind how to get better at golf, how to practice effectively, and how to overcome swinging the club poorly during a big event. 

Ben Peters is a caddy at San Francisco Golf Club, amatuer golfer who reguarly competes in national amateur championships, and founder of the instagram account @sfgolfhawk. Johnny O’Leary is a Level 2 Apprentice at Half Moon Bay Golf Links.

Both Ben and Johnny had competed in an NCPGA event earlier in the day at Contra Costa Country Club. Our discussion includes detailing how we got into golf, what we look for in good golf architecture, and the unspoken rules of caddying at an exclusive country club.

Chris and Deven DeLuca discuss teaching beginner golfers, early experiences teaching lessons, and what drove Deven to become a Class A Professional.

Mark Anguiano is a Web.com Tour player who has full status on the tour this season. Mark is from LA originally and still lives there when he isn't traveling. Mark and Chris met in Medellin, Colombia while Chris was caddying for Tyler Torano during the PGA Tour LatinoAmerica 2016 season.

Chris Derr has Tyler Connolly on to discuss the opening PGA TOUR event in Kapalua, fantasy golf picks for the week, and personal issues they're struggling with in their games.

Tyler and Chris were high school golf teammates. Both played solidly enough to be in top 6 throughout their careers there and won a CIF Title their junior years. Tyler went to study at Southern Methodist University while Chris attended the University of San Francisco. Both now currently live in San Francisco, CA and continue to be huge golf fanalysts.
