This week, the No Labels, No Limits podcast eagerly welcomes Denise DeAngelo!
One thing to note about Denise, she loves sharing the Enneagram. She’s found that having an internal mapping system that helps us discover who we are at our core can be life-changing, because as we learn the motivations that drive us to uniquely think, act, and feel the way we do, we become more aware of our greatest gifts, It can also bring to light some uncomfortable truths.
Her company, A Place at the Table LLC, was formed out of her own journey toward self-awareness.
Denise was introduced to the Enneagram during a season of complete unrest. Unhealthy patterns that had been working for her in her early 20’s and 30’s were no longer serving her or her relationships with others. She says that when she experienced the Enneagram, she felt vulnerable and exposed. It was as if a veil was lifted and she saw hidden parts of herself for the first time.
What she realizes today is that the Enneagram was an invitation to consider a survival tool that would help transform her life personally, professionally and spiritually.
Today, Denise will share a bit about:
· Her own journey as 2w1
· How we can change our unhealthy habits once we know our type
· What types are most naturally compatible in marriage (and what we can do if our partner is our “most compatible” type
· How do I best parent my type (Blank) child?
· How do I change un-healthy patterns/ behaviors of my type?
· Type 2w1

Thanks for joining us as we welcome Neil Binemann to the No Labels, No Limits podcast. Neil is the founder of Lifestyle Health Foundation, inspired by combining and supporting the work of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, and learning how a childhood trauma his father had suffered had profound generational influence.
Neil has a passion for person-centered care, recognizing, after major surgery for a brain tumor in 2015, that health professionals can also be people living with long-term conditions.
On March 27th this year, Neil and his team launched SmartTracker®. This powerful app helps users personalize quality of life measures and recognize emotions and values that can be hidden due to trauma.
Neil continues to run the Primary Care & Community Neurology Society, & the Community Therapists Network, with a great team at Innervate Ltd. – a team that also helps run the Society of Research in Rehabilitation.
In this conversation, I ask Neil to share a bit about

Joy Erickson learned about the Enneagram in 2018, at that time it was just another personality test. She was still curious in 2019, which led her to read Ian Chron's book "Road Back to You". We warmly welcome you to another episode of the No Labels, No Limits podcast where we interview Mindy Drewer.
Mindy shares her fascinating journey from getting a degree in theater, to working in childcare and management all while being a pastor’s wife. Her family has lived in many different areas of the US and traveled extensively. Through it all, she wrestled with the need to be good and do everything right; struggling with the burden of sin management and feeling like she was responsible to save the world.
During the last few years, they took a break from ministry, a break from safety and security, and it was during this time that Mindy studied at the Soul Formation Academy, then the Enneagram coaching program. She now desires to utilize gifts of knowledge and experience to help others achieve that same joy and freedom she and her husband have found.
As an Enneagram Coach she does this through using a typing tool that helps release people from dissatisfaction, self-condemnation and shame into joy and freedom.
It’s the same tool that opened those doors for her to break through limiting labels and beliefs. Mindy says that throughout her life she constantly felt the burden of trying to please everyone and do everything right -- including her teachers at school, supervisors at work, the preaching and teaching at church. She always experienced some anxiety about the consequences of getting it wrong.
Mindy leaves our listeners with this insight saying, “God created you to fully embrace life in your own unique way.”
Today we’re going to ask Mindy to share
•What was the point where she decided to make a change?
•How understanding the “Why” behind what she did, felt, and believed made a difference.
•What time stances are and how they work for us and other numbers.
•How she arrived at her tag line, “Embrace The Adventure. Joy and Freedom are yours for the taking!”
