Arguably the most significant human error yet in relation to VAR as Liverpool are reduced to 9 men controversially, and also denied a perfectly good goal from the most easily fixable mistake imaginable.

These VAR errors proved costly as Liverpool lost to Spurs with a last minute equaliser. Sorry isn't good enough anymore PGMOL!

Outisde of the catalogue of errors there was also some crazy results, Man City dropped points to Wolves, Man United lost to Crystal Palace and Brighton lost 6-1 (!) to Aston Villa.
