Illinois men’s basketball finally finds themselves in the Big Ten win column after taking down #14 Wisconsin in Champaign on Saturday, 79-69. Craig Choate (live from State Farm Center) and Logan Lee break it all down from this Illini Postgame Show from No One Asked Us.

The team we saw on Saturday was much more similar to the team that beat UCLA and Texas earlier in the season compared to the one that has been on the floor since. Illinois used a well-rounded scoring attack to defeat the Badgers, who were without their leading scorer Tyler Wahl. 

Illinois freshman guard Skyy Clark announced on social media Friday that he was taking an indefinite leave of absence from the team. Craig and Logan briefly discuss those implications on the team moving forward.

After their massive win in New York City on Tuesday over #2 Texas, Illinois laid an absolute eggs at home on Saturday with a 74-59 loss to Penn State. Craig Choate and Logan Lee discuss in this Illini Postgame Show from No One Asked Us.

The Nittany Lions (7-3, 1-1) shot lights out in Champaign and controlled the whole game on their way to their first Big Ten win. Illinois was able to cut the lead down to five with 12 minutes let, but Penn State made three 3s in the span of about 45 seconds to extend it back to 14 and it never got closer.
