This episode was triggered by a Tiktok from a woman who shares that she doesn’t know what it’s like to be in love, or to be someone's first and how lonely she is. Some of this really resonated with Sam, so we decided to dig deep into the challenges of being a long term single person and the perception of people who don't actively seek romantic partners. Loneliness, narrow minded people and realistic expectations are discussed in this episode. It’s not unrealistic to ask that a man not don ugly footwear or Speed dealer sunnies, is it?

For episode two of No One Fucking Talk About It, we are sharing our first interview. We were joined by Personal Trainer Gareth, who shared his journey of moving from his homeland in South Africa to Melbourne with his young family. Gareth was faced with many unexpected changes and challenges, including the rarely talked about life of a single dad. How he dealt with these challenges is a fascinating listen.
