1/2 cup yogurt (I use nonfat Greek)
1 banana
1 acai pack
1/2 cup frozen fruit (mixed berries)
1 scoop protein (vanilla or chocolate)
1 spoon ground flaxseed
1 packet monk fruit or stevia
Sprinkle of ceylon cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Cereal or granola topping (I like hemp granola as it stays softer)
