50% Positive and 50% negative. But what can you do to make showing up for yourself when your in those negative emotions easier?

Well, by understanding the messages our emotions are here to deliver, you will make coping with your anxiety less of a storm that you have to hid under-the-bed and wait to pass.

And more of a hello-old-friend-let's-do-this situation so that you can develop a compassionate relationship with your emotions that actually makes you stronger, by deepening the relationship you have with yourself
